Hello, hello, beautiful souls here at Cosmic Updates. This is your intuitive Tarot reader, Galena the Mystic, and I’m back for a Weekly Love Tarot Reading, this time for the 12th through the 18th of January. So, let’s go ahead and get into it. I hope your New Year is off to a great start so far. Let’s see what’s next in love. 

Okay, we have the Ten of Wands reversed. Ooh, getting rid of a lot. Letting go of baggage, letting go of burdens, unloading. You could just be leaving something behind, leaving someone behind, getting rid of the old things of theirs that you have, maybe. So, some of you could be moving house as well, or someone could be moving out of your house. So, it’s like this feeling of relief, release, letting go, getting someone out of your energy, getting someone out of your space. 

The fates reversed, which is the Wheel of Fortune, reversed. So yeah, there could have been misfortune here or bad luck. Things can also just feel really chaotic this week. I’m not going to lie.

Death. So yeah, there’s a big transformation, transition. Also, with this Death card, I’m getting you’re facing or confronting a fear of some sort. 

Eight of Cups on top of the deck and The Hermit. So, I feel like some of you this week could be confronting your fear of being alone, potentially your fear of leaving your comfort zone. And, with The Hermit you could be deeply contemplative, especially with Death, kind of examining within you all the parts of yourself that showed up in this situation. 

Wow, Knight of Cups coming out as a clarifier. Let’s see what else we have here. We have The Lovers, wow. We also have the Five of Pentacles. Top of the deck, Knight of Wands, reversed and the Six of Pentacles, reversed, as well.

So, wow, with this Five of Pentacles, some of you could be feeling really abandoned this week. Like, some of you, I’m not going to lie, it does seem like there is some, maybe, ghosting that’s occurring. Maybe you are the ghoster because with this Hermit, you just need to be alone. And so, you could feel guilty about abandoning somebody or someone could actually try to make you feel guilty, with this Knight of Cups and the Five of Pentacles, especially if they’re going to be financially struggling more so than you are after this situation comes to a close. It seems like while there’s a lot of sweetness and compassion in the situation with the Five of Pentacles, it hasn’t been logistically viable or materially you’ve struggled together. So, I wouldn’t be surprised if there have been a lot of financial battles within your relationship or if you’ve just struggled to make your ends meet.

Some of you, it’s like you were actually doing pretty well and prosperous on your own with this Hermit here, and then your finances just slowly started to tank. So, that is something to be very mindful of, is when your abundance overall, you cannot have an abundance mindset within this relationship. Sorry, I didn’t realize I would pull so many cards and now there’s not as much space. 

Some of you could have even gotten sick while you were in this relationship. I’m not saying that your partner’s responsible for you getting sick or anything like that, because not at all, what I’m picking up on. Handling the situation just caused a lot of dis-ease within you, a lot of stress, and that has you, maybe, not feeling the best. But, with this Knight of Cups and The Lovers, I do feel like you are slowly recovering, nourishing yourself, and aligning with the new. 

With the Knight of Wands, reversed, I think that what you are most tired of is inconsistency. I feel like someone could have come in really hot and left really quickly as well. So, you know what they say, “Quick entrance, quick exit.” Some of you could be dealing with a Romeo or something like that, or a Juliet, who you can’t rely on them and they chase what is exciting in the moment. Maybe they have a very lustful energy. But, with this Knight of Cups and The Lovers, what you’re craving is something deeper. And, because of that, with this Five of Pentacles, you’ve had to walk away. Six of Pentacles, as well, reversed. It just seems like maybe there was something uneven here. You just liked someone a lot more than they liked you, or they like you a lot more than you want them, or they’re meeting you with this strong lusting energy and you’re meeting them with an emotional energy. So, there’s just something with this Five of Pentacles where there’s a mismatch and you kind of want to run away from each other. There’s almost this energy of being repelled by somebody, if I’m being completely honest. 

Let’s see what else is here. But, with this Eight of Cups, you’re going on a longer journey. I’m actually really excited for what the rest of 2024 is going to look like for you. I feel like there’s big experiences, new experiences to be had here. 

We have Horse, “Care for Others and Let Them Be Free.” And yeah, emphasis on that “Let them be free” message because it just seems like there’s misaligned values with whoever this was in the past. And, with The Hermit, you’re learning to trust yourself and your own values more to lead you to the love that you really deserve. 

Badger, “Bring Your Life Into Balance.” So yeah, I feel like you’re actually aligning with someone who is able to match your peaceful energy when you have more peace again on your own with this Hermit. I feel like some of you are really getting comfortable on your own and you’re just like, “Wow, my peace is so priceless. I could never put a price tag on this, and it’s not. No other human being is worth my peace.” Other people are very worthy and worthy of a lot, and there are many people out there who are worthy of the love you have to give, but your peace, nobody’s worthy of that. Okay, let’s see what else we have here. So, you’re bringing your life into balance. I see a lot of you quitting addictions or maybe you’re moving away from someone who was addicted. I’m not sure why I’m getting that. 

We have Bat, “See Through Illusion Into Truth.” Yeah, and this illusion that makes me think of certain substances and things like that. I feel like you’re finally seeing clearly just how wrong someone was for you or you’re experiencing this week how much better you feel when someone’s out of your space, out of your face. You actually feel better.

Shark “Lead as a Powerful Peaceful Warrior.” See how there’s such an emphasis on peace today? And, it seems like you are experiencing a lot of peace this week. Things are very chaotic, but they’re chaotic because of some relief you’re receiving. So, relief is here, prepare for that. Let’s get a couple more cards.

Okay, Priestess, “How are You Being Called to Step Up and Lead?” Wow, so some of you, when you walk away from relationships that don’t serve you, you find someone who matches your holy energy, your divine side of you. With this Priestess, she is mystical, she is revered as well. She’s respected for her wisdom. I feel like you have a wealth of wisdom from the seeking period that you’re in and someone is really going to honor that part of you, or Spirit’s telling you to honor that side of you yourself so that you don’t receive people who can’t respect and cherish that side of you. Let’s see what else we have here.

Okay, The Initiation, “Rite of Passage, Crossing the Threshold.” Wow. Crossing the Threshold. So yeah, some of you’re definitely breaking in a new home or it’s like someone is leaving the Threshold out of your home. 

This week we also have Lemuria, “Creating Heaven on Earth.” It’s happening. Transformation, “Things Are Changing at a Cellular Level.” Deep healing. So, exactly, your life is about to look completely brand new, especially with Lemuria, “Creating Heaven on Earth.” It’s happening. I wouldn’t be surprised. I know this seems unrelated to love, but I feel like some of you, you’re releasing a past partner and receiving your dream job or your dream role in society and it makes you feel like, “Wow, this is my true purpose. This is actually what Spirit wants for me. They want me to be kind of on this throne.” I feel like some of you could just be getting very respected by other people this week. Let’s go ahead and see what else we have.

Someone’s really receiving their flowers, receiving recognition for how they hold themselves. And, maybe some of you are role models as well. Unlikely (card). I see no chance of this, you and this past person. If someone’s leaving you or if you’re in a Hermit period with Death, there’s no looking back and there’s no point in looking back. I think you would just be stressing yourself out. Success (card). Okay, so that’s what I mean. I feel like you are receiving some sort of success this week and it seems very personal, but ultimately it makes you more attractive. 

And, then we have here, Communicate Clearly. So, I think some of you could be having throat chakra activation this week in which you share your feelings. And, we have Ask For Help From Others. So, I do see, again, this message of community, community support really realizing how important, how loved and how necessary you are in community. Or, maybe, reaching out to establish some sort of community that you’re new to. Especially with The Initiation. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of you were invited somewhere, and this can be online as well. If you are feeling very isolated at this time, especially with The Hermit, finding a community that suits you when you are such a unique and special person, it can be quite difficult. So, if that’s something that you’re actively seeking, I just want to say hang in there and don’t give up. With this Lemuria card, “Creating Heaven on Earth,” it does seem like you are having a very peaceful era in which you can really build the connections you want to build. 

Yeah, and there’s deep, deep change happening. You’re not going to feel like the same person at the end of this season or maybe at the end of this week even. So, there’s a lot of shifts happening for the better in your connections. And, I see a big wave of relief happening even amongst the chaos this week.
