Hello, beautiful, wonderful people with Cosmic Updates around the moon here. It is my absolute pleasure to be back with you this week. This week, I’m talking about the beautiful New Moon that is happening on August 16. The sign of Leo is connected to this moon, and all new moons are a really great time to set a new intention, make a wish, or start a new phase or chapter in your life somehow.

This New Moon will be in the sign of Leo, which is all about passion and love, loving yourself, expressing yourself powerfully, and honoring what makes your heart sing, getting in touch with your heart. Leo is all about heart energy, and Leo is the lion. So, where do you need to kind of roar in your life? Or, where do you need to speak boldly or step into your power in a healthy and bold way? This New Moon might shine a light on all of those kinds of themes.

Leo’s also just really… behind Leo is theatrical and dramatic, over the top, and in a really fun, decadent, indulgent, and fabulous way. So, this New Moon might inspire you in some way to allow yourself to step into the spotlight, and to just shine a little bit more.

Okay, so with that being said, I’m going to do a group Tarot reading based around the energy of this beautiful New Moon in Leo. I’m tapping into our group energy and then just speaking to the Spirit. I’m asking the Spirit to please guide this reading, to give us and anyone who’s watching any messages for our highest good around anything we might need to hear about this beautiful New Moon in Leo time. On August 16.

Okay, okay, the first card is Temperance in reverse. So, Temperance… this is the card all about balance. See, she’s balancing, she’s mixing elements in these two cups. And so it’s like taking two elements of your life and putting them into a perfect balance so that you feel really peaceful, really relaxed. And so your health is in a good state.

With this card in reverse, many of you could be feeling a little bit out of balance at this time. It could be feeling like something is taking up too much space in your life, and it’s leaving you feeling, you know, out of whack in some way. Maybe you’re feeling a little bit discombobulated, frazzled, like you just want to relax, but you can’t relax, and then it’s affecting your mental health in some way, or your physical health in some way.

So, you could be starting this time just feeling a little bit, you know, scattered or out of balance. It’s really important to allow yourself to calm down, to get in touch with nature, to ground your energy, and to really allow yourself that balance as best as you can. Balance is really hard, I understand, but it’s crucial to calm your nervous system, to calm yourself, and to really get in touch with your energy. Try to eat healthy foods and pay close attention to your physical health around this time, okay, and what you’re focused on.

So, this is Judgment upside down. Many of you could be really thinking about a situation quite heavily, and that could be causing you to seek this balance. There could be some situation that you’ve had your focus and your mind on for such a long time now, and you’re not able to come to any decision about it because this card is in reverse.

You might be feeling like you’ve just been in some very heavy thought, really considering the options, really considering this path before you. Is it right? Is it not right? Some big decision is on your mind, like a very big decision for some of you that you have to make maybe soon, and it’s just not feeling like you’re getting the inner green light either way.

For some of you, there could be quite a sense of indecision. Like, some of you might be questioning whether you should stay or go in a relationship, or it could be a work situation. You’re weighing your options and just feeling like, gosh, you just want clarity here and you just want to be able to move forward. But you’re still in this place of sort of having to really deeply think about this issue before you make any final call on it.

Okay, and let’s see, this is the card of something that’s kind of difficult in this situation… Oh, that’s one that popped up. Okay. Justice.

So, the difficult part of the situation might be feeling like, for some of you, you’re literally in some kind of legal case or some kind of situation involving the law or justice in some way. For others, it’s just feeling like, again, this is relating to balance. You feel that Justice hasn’t been served or that you didn’t receive what you gave out.

So, it’s this feeling of wanting to receive what’s yours. You want things to be an equal balance, you want things to be an equal exchange before you’re able to move on from the situation and stop thinking about it. And you’re kind of ready for it. For many of you, it’s challenging. It’s like you don’t want to let this go because you’re waiting for that sense of equilibrium. Something has been out of balance, again, out of whack. You’ve given too much to something and you’re waiting for what you need.

For some of you, it could literally be you’re waiting to get paid for some job that you’ve done, or you’re waiting for some kind of answer to come back from something that you’ve put a lot of energy into. And so, there’s this feeling of waiting for that answer to come before you’re able to make up your mind about this decision and be able to move on.

Then, what is positive in this situation that you’re dealing with? It’s Strength. Okay, so you do have the strength. You absolutely have the strength to get through this, okay. Whatever it is that you’re going through, the situation that’s had you thinking really heavily about which direction to move in, for some of you, you’re just feeling really out of whack. Like you’ve given way too much, and you’re waiting for, rightfully so, what is kind of owed to you, either energetically or physically.

Just focus on holding in there and holding your own. We’re talking about the Leo New Moon. There’s this lion here, and this woman is taming this lion. It’s about really knowing that you are very powerful. You have all the power within you, you are strong. And whatever is happening with a situation for many of you, just know that it doesn’t have to throw you out of balance or out of your sense of peace and inner calm, and inner strength, okay. Because you really have it in you to hold tight, no matter what is happening.

And to be in your state of presence and knowing that, this too shall pass if you’re going through something that feels like you’re kind of waiting on some information. That kind of has you feeling a bit drained or frazzled. This too shall pass, and just hold strong. Okay.

Unexpected insight, unexpected insight. Oh, it’s the Two of Cups. Okay, so unexpected… And sorry, some of you might meet someone where there’s a really good reciprocal connection. The Two of Cups is all about feelings of the heart and feeling that you’ve really been heard and understood. You have a really good connection with someone. So, through this situation, you might find a surprise love connection could develop through this situation, or a love connection could come after the situation. After having to hold the line and be strong through this, there could be a surprise partnership that comes out of this situation for many of you, okay, that comes kind of after everything is resolved.

And for others of you… Unexpectedly, you could really find out just how much you are loved in this situation by someone else. Or something can become apparent where you realize, “Oh, this,” if it’s not love-related, if it’s work-related, “Oh, I have really good partnership here with my coworkers,” or some kind of situation with another person. Where you just feel like, “Oh, this is powerful. This is good. I’m not alone. I don’t have to hold up the whole world on my own shoulders. I have a partnership behind me that’s helping me to stay strong through this.”

So there’s some kind of message here of really knowing that you’re not alone, and you have some kind of really wonderful person there with you that’s helping you through this. And for others of you, love could really blossom during this time, so that it becomes more clear to you this situation that you’ve kind of been feeling confused about for a long time. You get some clarity or in terms of a love relationship that you’re in, the connection that you have. And that brings you a sense of balance and a sense of peace, and a sense of resolve. The energy that you’ve put in for so long… It is reciprocated.

It’s with someone that might appear after the dust settles for some of you. So this might appear later. And for others of you, it’ll become apparent, this good partnership that is actually here within this sort of confusion. Okay.

And then the final outcome is, oh, the Fool. This is great. So the Fool is stepping boldly into the unknown.

So, here we are at this New Moon in Leo. It’s a new phase, a new opening, and the Fool is about taking a risk of some kind. That risk will pay off. The Fool just steps boldly into the unknown, because the Fool knows that he or she is being guided, guided by Spirit, guided by your heart. When you follow your heart, and when you follow that feeling of, “Oh, I just know I have to move in this direction. I don’t know how it’s all going to work out. I don’t know what’s before me. But I feel so called in this way.” It makes me happier, and I feel a sense of relief moving in this way.

So, we start the week feeling a bit possibly confused, a bit discombobulated, in some deep thought. Feeling like, “Gosh, where’s the fairness in this situation?” You know, something is feeling unfair, possibly, for some of us in some way. But it’s all about holding strong. Knowing your inner strength of this Leo New Moon, knowing that you are a lion inside. You are strong, you are powerful, you are courageous, and you are worthy of so much goodness in your life. And to just hold strong despite any temporary storms in your life, just know that this too shall pass and hold that strength inside, okay.

And unexpected… A possible love connection for some of you or some realization that you have a really good partnership with someone, you feel really supported. And there’s a good heart connection, this feeling of healthy partnership that comes in an unexpected way. So this might be a partnership with someone unexpected, okay. But just open your mind, open your heart and allow some kind of realization to come in around the area of partnership.

And then it ends with the Fool. So it’s taking a risk, taking a chance, making a fresh start in some way. It could be a fresh start with romance, it could be a fresh start in terms of just feeling like you’re not bogged down anymore, not frazzled anymore. But if you’re making a fresh start, you know, with your energy, with your health, or with some kind of job situation, or just this feeling that you’ve been so in your head for so long, trying to figure something out or make something fair in some way.

But you’re letting the past go. You’re saying goodbye or closing that door. And with this New Moon energy, you’re making a new start in some way. You’re embracing the new, you’re embracing risk, you’re just throwing caution to the wind because you know you will be supported because you can feel it in your heart that this is a good time to make a fresh start.

You’re letting that go, like getting some kind of resolution to something that has bogged you down for quite a while or just been on your mind. It could have been really weighing your energy down. There’s this really, this feeling of relief for many of you. I feel it so much. It’s just like, “Oh my gosh, I don’t have to think about that anymore. I don’t want to go back and forth about this issue anymore. I have clarity,” or you know, “I’m just letting it go. I’m letting it go. So, I can embrace this fresh new start and embrace the new energy that’s coming in with this New Moon in Leo. And it feels very vitalizing and really good, and open to so many possibilities.” So that’s great.
