Hey there, friends! I hope you’ve had a lovely June so far, and I’m excited for you to take a look at our monthly Tarot Forecast Reading for July. I think you’re gonna love it. You can grab a private session with me down below, and I’m looking forward to connecting along the way. Take good care.

So, wherever you happen to be right now, give yourself a few moments to take a few deep breaths. Let yourself settle into your body in this moment. You might put a little bit of attention in your heart space and bring some awareness to something that you’re grateful for in this moment.

All right, and call out to Mother, Father, God, the denizens of light, the deep ones, the rooted ones. We call out to the grandmothers and the grandfathers of the North, grandmothers and the grandfathers of the South, the grandmothers and the grandfathers of the East, and the grandmothers and the grandfathers of the West. Please be with us now, bring forward a clear message, and supply us with the energy that we need to understand this message and to live our lives fully and with intention.

All right. So, as we’ve done in the past, you will use your intuition to choose one of these cards here, which will then become your personal reading for the month of July. So, give yourself a moment to notice which card is speaking to you, which card is calling out to you. It might feel like just a pull towards one of the cards. It could just be an instinct of yours to reach towards one of them. And once you’ve noticed which card is calling out to you, you can skip ahead in the video to find the reading that is yours.

FIRST CARD
So, for those of you who chose this first card, this is going to be your reading for the month of July. I’m just going to tune in with you now, and we’ll pull some cards. All right, let’s take a look. So our first card here will be the overall Situation for July. And then the way that this can look.

For those of you who chose this first card, this will be the basic piece of information that you are learning and growing through in this month ahead. It might look like something a little bit more mundane, but it could also have deeper implications for the soul growth that you’re experiencing in this month ahead.

The second card is going to be the Obstacle, which in this context is the force that’s going to oppose you in the process of growing and learning. Now, this can be something that you are learning in a very specific way. It can also be precisely the thing that you need to help you grow into the person that you’re trying to become.

And then our third card will be the Outcome. So this will be the essence of what you’re taking away from the month of July. Let’s take a look here.

The basic Situation card for the month ahead is our Seven of Cups. Now, on the high side, the Seven of Cups can be a sign that there are a lot of options on the table for you. You have many different choices. There are lots of cool opportunities. You might be in a position where you’re getting to choose and be conscious about what it is that you want.

Next, on the lower side of the spectrum, the Seven of Cups can be a sign that some of your attention is a bit more focused on superficial options. So sometimes this card shows up when we’re feeling a little bit out of sorts and we’re reaching for things that aren’t necessarily in our best interest. For some of you, this might show up as trying to find a sense of stability through quick scams, get-rich-quick schemes, that sort of thing. For others, it can be patterns that you’ve experienced in the past, where you start reaching for things that you know aren’t necessarily going to be good for you.

So, the essence of this particular card is to remember to look towards the things that are going to give you real and legitimate nourishment, whether that’s nourishment in your pocket in terms of finances, which sometimes can look like taking the slower, more methodical route.

For others, this might be showing up in terms of relationships, places where we’ve compromised in the past and made choices that didn’t end up working out the way that we wanted them to.

And for some, it could be just looking for comfort, whether that’s comfort through food or comfort through some kind of distraction, and remembering to look for the things that are going to build and grow and become worthwhile.

So, let’s take a look at the Obstacle that might be showing up in regards to this particular learning curve that you’re on at the moment. Beautiful. So, the Fool card sitting in the Obstacle position is really interesting because, on the one hand, this can be a nudge towards being willing to try something new, being willing to step out on a limb, and look at some new ways of living life.

So, for some of you, this might be that you’ve been living a particular pattern in your life, or you’ve been sort of stuck in the same cycle over and over again. And this is a reminder to step out there, find some new ways of engaging, whether that means looking for a new job or being willing to try out a different kind of social situation, getting out there, exploring new people, new friends, that sort of thing.

And, of course, the Obstacle side of that is that it can be scary to have faith in trying something new. It can be scary to try a new direction in your life.

Now, the other Obstacle that this can sometimes show up as is a general sense of naivety. So, being a little bit green around some of the challenges that are in your life right now. Which means thinking that you know something when, in truth, you kind of need to do a little bit more research, you need to gain a little bit more experience. This can be a great time to find somebody who’s gone down the path you’re thinking about and ask them some questions, get some more information.

I like to think of the Fool card as representing a really fresh, new kind of energy. And when we’re willing to be in a relationship with that, with our feet still on the ground, in other words, not rushing too intensely forward, but testing out the waters and trying out new options first before diving headlong into something new.

So, some of what I’m seeing here is if there are lots of options that are on your table, or you’re thinking about trying something fresh or new. Consider it a time of testing out the water. Is this good for me? Is this good for me trying on some different directions that you might take in your life without fully committing to them yet? Being a little bit skeptical is probably a good thing with this energy combination and moving slow, taking your time.

So, let’s take a look at your Outcome card for the month of July. So, I really like the arc of energy and development that’s showing up here for your July. This is the King of Pentacles, and this is an individual who has made mistakes in the past, been fresh and new, and sort of green in certain circumstances, and has persevered, has continued to grow and learn, and become far more competent and confident in what it is that they’re doing. But this guy has been through battles. You can see he’s got the armor that’s underneath his beautiful robe, which means he’s gone through the ups, he’s gone through the downs, he’s gone through the struggles. And as a result, he’s found what is both lucrative and sustainable and is going to lead towards greater stability in all ways.

So, for some of you, this might show up as an individual and mentor, somebody that can show you the way, teach you different practices, and teach you different strategies to become the person that you’re trying to become. For others, this might be the process of you finding your feet, finding your stability in your life.

So, this basic arc that we see here is a big reminder not to get lost in the superficial options that might be showing up. Definitely keep your eyes out for get-rich-quick scams, people that are overpromising things, and look towards the things that are going to grow through time, whether that’s in your health, whether that’s in your relationships, whether that’s in your career. Stay with the higher ethics. That’s what these higher cups up here that are a little bit further out of reach represent – our higher ethics, deeper wisdom, deeper knowing.

And in that process of finding greater stability, being willing to be in the newness, but be in the fresh direction that you might be choosing from a good, sturdy, stabilized place. So, not rushing headlong into something that maybe you can’t see where it’s heading just yet.

So, I want to take a look at your Advice card for the month of July. And I like the Advice card that’s showing up here. So, the Ace of Swords is new insights, new understandings, new ideas. So, with what we’re seeing here, there is a lot of fresh energy, new possibilities that are showing up for you.

So, staying in this place of getting curious about what might show up for you, getting curious about what new understandings might come through because there’s something that’s leading you towards greater stability, whether that’s an individual or your own process of seeing, you know, “What if I stay with this? If I’m able to stay committed and tenacious, there’s great stability that’s coming into my life.”

SECOND CARD
All right. And for those of you that chose our second card, our little cue card here, this is going to be your reading for the month of July. So, I’m just going to tune in with you for a moment here.

All right, so the first card is going to be the general Situation for July. This is the arc of what it is you’ll be learning and growing through in the coming month. The second card is the Obstacle card, which means the opposition, the opposing pressure that’s going to help you grow into what it is that you’re learning. And our third card is the Outcome, which is what it is that you’ll be stepping out of this month with, what it is that you’ll be coming away with. And of course, up here we’ll have our Advice card for the month ahead.

So, let’s take a look at your first card, Situation. We’ve got our lovely Wheel of Fortune, and the Wheel of Fortune comes right at the center of the Major Arcana. So, it’s the halfway point in the archetypal journey from the Fool all the way to the World card. And the Wheel of Fortune is the turning of karma. It’s when we’ve begun to change a particular energy trajectory in our life towards something different. We’ve taken something primordial, we’ve taken that initial impulse, whether that’s a job or a particular growth development that’s happening in our life, and it’s starting to transform.

Now, the implications tend to be with the Wheel of Fortune that we’re heading towards greater luck. In other words, we’ve transformed something in our life in such a way that something new, a new energy of fresh movement, can start to come in.

So, for some of you, this might be that you’ve started to change some of the shadow elements in your life. And now you’re more available, you’re more available in your community, you’re more available in your workplace, you have new options that are showing up for you.

Now, this can really happen in any area of your life, whether it’s a relationship, or career, or anything else. This is the movement that’s starting to shift and change. So, it’s likely for those of you that chose this second piece that there’s an important change in energies that you’re going to start to experience. It might not be something overly blatant, like suddenly making way more money or suddenly meeting the perfect person. It could be that… it can also be just a subtle recognition that you’re seeing things a little bit differently and that people are reacting to you in a different way.

So, let’s take a look at the Obstacle. And anytime that there’s a shift in energy in this way, like a good progressive movement, there’s going to be some pushback. There’s going to be something that goes, “Are you really ready to step into this energy?” So, let’s take a look.

So, the Obstacle card that’s showing up for you in the month of July is the Six of Swords, and the Six of Swords… you can look at the individuals here. There’s a woman and a small child that are being ferried across a very stormy water space, a very stormy lake, or river, or something like that.

And what this is speaking to is, it’s quite possible that you’ve been in a chaotic period, a period that has not made a lot of sense. It’s felt overwhelming. This could be a toxic relationship. This could be just a period of life that has felt overwhelming and challenging. And the good news about this particular card is there is movement. Something is shifting. You are going to a different shore. You’re moving from a place of chaos into a place that is a little bit more peaceful.

Now, the Obstacle of this card is staying in the same energy that you were in before. In other words, sometimes we’re in a complicated situation at work or in a relationship, and we’re able to leave that situation. But we haven’t necessarily resolved the energy that’s behind it.

So, the importance of when a card like this comes up or a situation like this comes up, particularly when there’s a good sign that you’re heading into something different, is that when you start noticing the same pattern starting to repeat itself, which means, “Oh, I’m meeting another person… but here’s that same toxic energy,” that you nip it in the bud early. You don’t allow yourself to get wrapped back into old chaotic energy. Instead, you start to consciously choose, “I’m going to… I’m going to relate to this in a new and different way.”

Alright, let’s take a look at your Outcome card for the month of July. What a wonderful Outcome card, the Nine of Cups. This is a card of great stability, great balance, a sense of accomplishment. So, it’s a card saying that you’re heading into a time of greater self-sufficiency, greater abundance, a time of feeling like everything is put in place, everything where it is where it needs to be.

So, this is a great sign, a great sign, particularly because it’s showing the fruition of this Wheel of Fortune energy that’s coming into your life, this movement towards new things, new energy, new movements. It’s also a sign that if you’re willing to persevere and move forward through a time that was chaotic and not bring that achiness into this next stage, but instead, finalize what needs to be finalized, that you’re coming out the other side feeling way more resilient, way more on top of things. This is a card of success. So, for a lot of you, this could be a sign that you’re really stepping into a healthy, abundant period in your life.

Let’s take a look at your Advice card for the month ahead. The advice card for the month ahead is the Ten of Cups, which follows the Nine of Cups.

So, this is a reminder to put your attention on what it is that you’re wanting. Be willing to be grateful for what’s already showing up and for what you believe is starting to show up in your life. This is like calling in the harmony and the beauty that you’re wanting.

This is also a reminder to rely on the good, healthy, supportive relationships in your life, whether that’s your family, whether that’s your friends, whoever it is that you feel like these people love me, they see me, and they see the best in me and how it’s continuing to grow and develop. Put your attention on the good and beautiful things. And you are going to be able to navigate away from what’s been chaotic and into a time of sturdiness and success.

And for those of you that chose the third card, this is going to be your reading for the month of July. So, I’m just gonna tune in with you for a second here.

Alright, let’s take a look. So, the first card is going to be this Situation, which is the basic learning process that you’re going through in the month of July. The second card is going to be the Obstacle, which is the reciprocal pressure. It’s the pressure that’s helping you grow through and learn the lessons that you’re learning in the month ahead. And our third card will be the Outcome, which is the basic information that you’re going to be taking out of the month, the month ahead. And then finally, we’ve got our…

Excuse me, there’s a very loud lawnmower in the background… I’m gonna pause things for a second… Okay, the lawnmower has quieted itself.

So, let’s take a look at your reading for the month of July. We’ll start with our Situation card. The situation is our lovely Priestess. And our Priestess is she… she is the guardian of the deep wisdom of the universe and the world. She’s the bridge between the conscious realm and the unconscious realm.

So, for some of you, this could be a sign that the coming month has a lot to do with your relationship to your inner deep wisdom, being able to trust the knowledge that you already have access to, but that might be resting in the unconscious.

So, this might look like having a lot of intense dreams. It could look like feeling a deep inner calling towards the spiritual, towards deep rituals and powerful magic and prayer.

For some of you, this might also show up as a relationship with your creative side, a relationship with how it is that you’re listening to your intuition in general.

The Priestess can also sometimes be a sign of secrets, of there being some secrets that haven’t been revealed, whether those are secrets that you haven’t revealed to someone or that someone else has secrets that they have not revealed to you just yet.

But let’s take a look at what the Obstacle is and get a sense of what the Priestess is bringing to you in the month of July. So, the Obstacle card here is our World card, which means you could be getting close to a big change in one area of your life or another. This is like a threshold card, a card where one thing in your life is coming to an end, and something else will be coming forward soon.

So, the way that this can show up as an Obstacle is that if there’s something that we’ve been doing for a long period of time, and it’s getting close to coming to its end, there can be a lot of resistance to this because on the other side of the World card is the unknown, is a place where we don’t necessarily know what’s going to happen next. It’s what’s called in the Buddhist tradition, the Bardo, a place of not knowing, a place of in-betweens.

So, this makes a lot of sense here. The Priestess is definitely somebody that traverses the Bardo, somebody that traverses between thresholds. She’s the one that says, “Listen to this deep instinct and this deep intuition, even if you don’t necessarily know where it’s leading to.”

So, this is a pretty powerful initiation-type process, where listening to the deep aspects of your soul, listening to the whispers of your wisdom, even when you don’t necessarily know where it’s leading you to.

This can show up when we go, “I don’t know why, but I know that it’s time for me to start moving on from this job” or “I don’t know why, but I’m feeling called to go live in this other place.” And the willingness to be in conversation with that instinct and that intuition and seeing where it’s leading you. This doesn’t mean that you have to go and make an immediate big change, but there’s an invitation to be in the conversation of that instinctive, intuitional place that is calling to you.

So, let’s take a look at what your Outcome card is for the month of July. The Outcome card is our Queen of Swords, and the Queen of Swords – I love this – the Queen of Swords has immense mental clarity and refinement. She’s very clear about what’s true and what’s not true. She’s clear about which direction to head. She has amazing knowledge about deciphering the direction and the movements that need to be taken. She has the high view.

So, what’s interesting about this is when the Priestess card is matched with the Queen of Swords, you have deep instinctual knowing, and you have immense mental clarity. But immense mental clarity really can’t come to the surface unless we’re doing the deep inner work.

So, this can look like doing some good journaling, feeling the feelings that you need to feel, and being willing to explore the whispers and the guidance of your dreams, because that can help you see clearly what this threshold is that you’re stepping through.

Now, this threshold that you’re stepping through could be something like leaving a job, could be something like moving on from a relationship or entering into a relationship. It can also be on a subtler realm. It can be that your relationship with your instincts is growing, your new awareness of how to or of what it is that you’re wanting from life starts to increase.

But there’s definitely a threshold that you’re stepping through in this coming period. So, let’s take a look at your Advice card for the month ahead. The advice card for the month ahead is our Knight of Swords, which is interesting.

We’ve got this combination of Knight and Queen of Swords. And this is saying now is a time to put your focus on what it is that you know you need to find out, what it is that you know you are in the process of figuring out, and not be distracted by anything else. Something is ready to change, and it could change quickly. So, this is a reminder to stay focused, stay present because what’s coming could happen quickly, and you’re gonna want to be ready for it.
