Hello, my friends at Cosmic Updates, it is Deco back again. This time we’re going to do a reading, having to do a little bit with love. We see a lot of comments, first of all, kind of dealing with things from the past, dealing with things that hurt, dealing with relationships that ended in a way that really affected us. And so, what I want to focus on is the future, right? I want to focus on where that person is for you. I know some of you might already be in happy relationships, but I do think there are some people out there that are still focused on trying to find the just right person for them, their soulmate, their twin flame, their whatever you want to call it. So, I’m going to pull some cards and just see, what do we need to know about finding this person? What do we need to know about attracting this person? How can we manifest this person for ourselves? So, let’s see, what do we need to know about finding the one? What do we need to know? 

So, there’s something that we need to release, okay, the Ten of Swords is saying there’s something that is done. There’s someone from your past and maybe you held onto for a long time that is just not in the picture anymore. And, what I am seeing is potential love. 

Right here, we’ve got The Lovers. The Lovers doesn’t always represent love, but when we’re focused on relationships and things like that, I’m like, I feel like there’s an opportunity here. The writing is in the stars, if you will. And, then we’ve got the Four of Wands, my friend. So it’s like the Four of Wands next to The Lovers, to me, tells me that this person is just going to feel like home for you. They’re going to feel like someone that you’ve always known. It’s one of those relationships that you meet each other and you’re like, “It feels like we’ve known each other our entire lives. It feels like all of these things that I’ve been interested in for the majority of my life, it’s like you have those same interests. How is that possible? How can we have so many things in common?” And, it’s because they feel like home. They have similar interests, they have the same vibration as you. They’re naturally drawn to you. But, I think part of finding that person and drawing them in is remembering who you are deep down. Maybe there were fronts that you had up for a long time that you need to let die, that you need to let live in the past, because the more authentic version of you would say, “You know what? I’m not going to bend to just be who someone else wants me to be. I’m going to be my truest self, the most real version, the version that my family knows, the version that my oldest friends know. That is how I’m going to present myself, who I really am. I’m not going to try to bend over backwards to be what someone else wants me to be, because that’s just not authentic. That isn’t real love.” That’s you being a chameleon, and that isn’t necessarily you expressing yourself in a way that really embodies who you are and what you want, and being your best self is the way to do that. The other thing that The Lovers can represent outside of just love and connection and relationships, it can represent decisions, but it can also represent you making choices for yourself. So, I think that this is important to consider here, it’s not just about finding your partner, it’s about being the person that attracts your partner, the person that it’s like, it just makes sense that you guys would go together because the vibe is there. They feel just as comfortable with you as you do with them. 

Now, let me pull some more cards. What else do we need to know? You guys, I’ve never had a more happy, positive reading. The hardest part of this truly is letting those things die, letting those things from the past live in the past. They don’t belong in your life anymore. I really feel like it’s this version of yourself that you’ve been projecting or this willingness to just adjust what you really want to do for the sake of the person that you’re in a relationship with, which I do not think is the vibe. Really, if there’s one thing that I tell people more than anything in relationship readings, it’s like you’re not going to find your person by doing everything they want to do. You’re going to find your person by being yourself right now.

The Knight of Cups, the King of Wands, the Ten of Pentacles, okay? The Knight of Cups, I think of as Prince Charming. That Knight in shining armor coming in, wooing you, making you feel loved, but also you acting on your emotions. It can be another person, but it can also be you going toward that person that you really love and expressing yourself and acting on your emotions. Not just thinking about it, but actually doing it without fear. Because you’re passionate about this person. You know that this is someone who shares passions with you. You know that this is someone that feels like your person. It feels like, wow, I don’t understand how I went so long without finding this person. I don’t know how I went so long without having someone who just completely loved every part of me, and that’s what we need to be focused on, not someone where we have to make excuses for their bad behavior, not someone who we have to bend over backwards to try to make happy or walk on eggshells to try to make happy someone that you can truly invest in and love.

And, the Ten of Pentacles, this one popping up, I’m like, hallelujah. Ten of Pentacles guys, is the ultimate long-term relationship. When we think of Pentacles, we think of family, money, health, all of those things, and the Ten of Pentacles is the culmination of all of those things. I often say it’s like leaving a legacy, but in relationships readings, it’s like you’re building a relationship, building a long lasting, mature, full, rich relationship, full of just connection and wealth and good health, and doing things together and making memories and coming together to share your space on top of so many other things. I really feel like there is so much good in this, but you have to be who you really are deep down. What is that part of you that’s like, I know that this is who I am and what other people recognize me as. You might’ve even heard before, people who you’ve known for a really long time saying, “I don’t understand why you act that way with him.” “I don’t understand why you don’t do this when you’re with her,” or, “I don’t understand why, fill in the blank, with that person.” And, it’s probably because you weren’t acting your true self in those relationships. It’s really, really easy to try to be a people pleaser, especially in romantic relationships, I’ve found, especially if you have an anxious attachment style based on past things that have happened, and I think it’s so, so important that you start addressing those things and really stepping up for yourself so that you stop attracting people that don’t treat you well. Maybe they’re really attractive, but just because they are really attractive doesn’t mean that you need to invest in those relationships. Maybe it’s just not your person. Maybe you don’t have enough in common to have a happy, long lasting relationship. And, even if they’re good looking, doesn’t mean that they’re going to be a great partner. So, give yourself the opportunity to let yourself be seen so that person just finds you naturally. Allow it to happen. Don’t push ’em away. Be authentic. If something feels right, act on it. Right? Because the Knight of Cups isn’t just about emotions, it’s also about your intuition. If your gut is telling you you need to do something, do it. There’s so much potential here.
