Hi there! This is Jonathan Lionheart with your Weekly Tarot Reading.
Once again, you’re gonna get an opportunity to choose your card using your intuition and get your specific reading for the week ahead.
There’s been a bit of a theme recently. I’ve been noticing a lot of people know what it is that is calling them, know what it is that they’re wanting to make a change through. But there’s still some lingering pieces that are holding on.
So take a look at your reading for this week, let me know how things are going.

So, wherever you happen to be at this moment, allow yourself to take a few deep breaths, maybe close your eyes, and just settle into the sensations of your body. You might bring your awareness to your heart center, right at the center of the chest. Think of a couple of things that you’re grateful for. And if there’s something that you’re really needing to know about at this time, or some support that you’re needing, place your attention on that for a moment.
All right, so just like the previous weeks, you’ll be using your intuition to decide which card you want to choose. And from there, you’ll get your personal reading. So let’s take a look at what we have for the week.
Call up to the grandmothers and the grandfathers of the north, the south, the east, and the west. Call out to Mother, Father, God, and the denizens of light, the angels and archangels, the deep ones, the rooted ones, please be with us, help this to be a clear message, and for the right support and energy to come in at this time. What are the perfect options for those who are witnessing this right now, are the perfect options for those who are witnessing this?
All right. So our first card is covered over by the serpentine. Second option would be covered over by the selenite. And third option is covered by the opal.
So just like you’ve done before, allow yourself to rest in your body and your heart. Just notice which card, which stone is calling out to you right now, which one is grabbing your attention, and once you’ve made your selection, trust that the right information is going to come through for you.
First Card – Serpentine
So we’ll start today with our Serpentine choice, the first choice. So for those of you who chose the first card, the serpentine card, this reading is for you. And it’s the most important information the week ahead for those who chose this first card.
Alight, your first card is going to be the Situation. Second card will be the Obstacle. And third card is the Outcome. The card that is covered over by the serpentine will be the Advice card for this week. Let’s take a look.
So, Situation card is our Lovers card. And this is a card that carries with it lots of energy, lots of fire, lots of creative energy. This is a card that shows up when you are ready to break the pattern.
Something in your life – you’ve likely been staying the course, doing the normal thing, and now you’re up against a choice. There’s something in your life that could be calling you forward into a path that has a lot of unknowns.
So for some of you, this might show up as needing somebody, or having met somebody that is giving you a different feeling and a different experience than you’ve had before. This could look like a soulmate, or somebody that just inspires you creatively.
On the other hand, some of you, for some of you, this could be a moment of choice. You can see two clear pathways. One of them leads you down the path that you already know. The other one, though it’s scary, is leading you in a new direction. It’s opening up new doorways.
This is the path that your heart and your soul is calling you towards. So often when The Lovers card shows up, people think romance and there can be a very powerful romantic element to this, but it’s also really about changing the mode heading in a new and powerful direction, that can elicit a lot of energy and a lot of curiosity.
So let’s see what the Obstacle is for you this week. Whoo, this is the old pattern. Ah, I love that this is the card that’s showing up. So this is a pretty tricky card, because it definitely is speaking about patterns in our life that have been surfacing and resurfacing over and over again, over the years.
You can see pretty clearly the sorrow, the fear, the hopelessness that’s in this card. And each of the little patterns that you can see on the quilt are different astrological signs.
So this is a, this is an indication that whatever this pain is, whatever this stuck pattern is, it’s been with you for a long time. So for some of you, this might look like a certain kind of emotional challenge that surfaces every once in a while. For others, this might look like addiction, or some kind of tricky relational situation that just keeps popping up.
This would be the type of card that shows up when you just keep attracting the same romantic partner, even though it’s different people, the same situations keep playing out. Now, obviously, the call that’s being brought forward for you is to make the novel choice, the choice that you haven’t made in the past. Something is definitely beckoning you towards a different way of moving in the world.
So let’s take a look at your third card, the Outcome. Such good news. So it’s pretty clear that you’re getting a new insight into something you’ve done in the past that just isn’t working. You’re going to be able to see through the illusion and start making new decisions, new choices that are leading you in a good direction.
This is a great sign – what it means is that you have likely already started to move in the right direction, a direction that starts to allow for this old pattern, this sticky situation to start to dissolve.
This is a really positive arc line for your week ahead.
I mean, for me, often, The Lovers card is a part of your soul that’s calling to you. It’s asking you to grow into a new aspect of yourself. So I wouldn’t be terribly surprised if you’re in the process of letting go of something for good.
Let’s take a look at what your Advice card has to say. Yep, when it’s done, it’s done. It’s done. And it’s totally done. So the Ten of Swords, and it’s really important to note that Nine of Swords, which is right at the cusp of something that has been really painful for a long time coming to an end. And it is literally the insight, so you have a nine plus a one equals our Ten. Here, something is coming to an end for good.
There’s no way that this fella with all these swords in his back is going to get up, so some pattern in your life, some situation in your life that has been painful, that has been – has brought you a lot of sorrow is definitely done. It’s coming to an end.
So with the Advice around this, it’s saying let it be done. Let this tricky, complicated situation be finished forever. There’s no longer any reason to linger with it. The cards are pretty clear.

Second Card – Selenite
All right. So we’ll go to our second choice, which was our selenite cards. So for those of you that chose the second card, the selenite card, this reading is for you. Perfect information, perfect information for those that chose the second card for the week ahead.
All right, your first card is going to be the Situation. Second card will be the Obstacle. And third card is your Outcome. Let’s take a look.
So first off with our situation card, we’ve got our Emperor. So on the high side of the spectrum, The Emperor is a sign of things being very well organized. There’s a maturity in the way that you’re dealing with life. You feel very grounded, stable. There’s a lot of positive structure that’s happening in your world at the moment.
On the negative side, The Emperor is not particularly open to big, fresh, new changes. He’s also somewhat disconnected from his emotions. And he can feel, this type of energy can feel smothering to certain kinds of creativity, and spontaneity.
So this could be showing up for a number of reasons. Let’s open up the Obstacle card to get a little bit more information. So your Obstacle card for this week is The Chariot. So The Chariot is the person who will move things forward. It’s using your own willpower, using your own courage, taking life by the reins, and moving things forward.
So when it’s in The Obstacle position, there’s a strong chance that you’re having trouble getting motivated, getting things going, making life happen for you.
It can also be a sign of a disconnect between the body and the mind. In other words, you might know what it is that you’re wanting, or even what it is that you’re needing to do. But for whatever reason, you can’t get yourself going. The energy’s not there. The inspired thought can’t take root in life. So I wouldn’t be terribly surprised if this – it’s either that you are in the process of wanting to become The Emperor.
In other words, you want to create your kingdom. You want to create the many systems that will continue to feed you generation upon generation. In which case, you’re having trouble getting the motivation and the movement to move forward.
On the other hand, it’s possible that you’re feeling stifled. There’s something that is getting in the way of your movement. And in which case, your Obstacle card is really saying: “It’s time to put on your armor. You know what you want. It’s time to get going.”
But there’s something stuck there. It’s not happening for you.
So let’s take a look at your Outcome card for the week. Interesting. So Outcome card in this particular circumstance is a really good sign. It’s saying that there’s a kind of balance that’s coming in for you.
In other words, The Emperor is really kind of troublesome without the Empress in tow, if there isn’t that masculine and feminine sides, balancing each other out. In other words, that creative, moving, juicy force with the healthy structure, the Emperor can be kind of dry and contained and stifling.
So there’s something in your life that is starting to get balanced out.
This process here is saying, “You know what you need to do in order to start to create some equanimity, and some balance in your life. And so it’s time to start moving in that direction.”
However, what’s interesting is that The Chariot is a warrior. The Chariot makes things happen. The charioteer is charging into battle making things happen, which is another element of the masculine side of the Emperor. So it could be that there’s actually a need to bring in a little bit more creative softness, nourishment, and that that’s what’s going to balance things out. That’s what’s going to help you move forward with whatever it is that you’re working on.
So it’s an important time to maybe rest on the warrior energy and move a little bit closer to the lover energy, the energy that is able to see the other person’s perspective and nurture the situation.
Let’s take a look at what the Advice card is for you this week. Awesome. Yep. So Two of Pentacles in this particular context, is reminding you to go with the flow a little bit.
The Chariot and The Emperor can be quite linear. It’s, like, forward moving, making things happen, taking control of the situation.
The Two of Pentacles is more of a willingness to take on one part of what it is that you’re working on, whether that’s an actual project or relationship, but then know when it’s time to sort of slide over to the other direction.
This is a card about flow. This is a card about finding out what needs your attention, and when. And not hyper-fixating on one thing. It can also be a sign that you might be overdoing it right now. You have too many things on your plate and in your hands at once. And it’s a good sign of – give yourself some room to give the right kind of attention where it’s needed when it’s needed.

Third Card – Opal
All right, third, and final card. For those of you that chose the third card, the opal card, this is going to be the reading for you. Right and perfect information for those that chose the third card.
Right, let’s take a look. So your first card is going to be your Situation. Second card is the Obstacle. And third card will be the Outcome. The card underneath the opal is your Advice card.
All right, let’s take a look here. So your Situation card is our Two of Pentacles.
Now, this can mean a number of different things. This is a card of what I like to call movement and flow. There’s a certain kind of dynamism that’s happening in this particular card.
You can see he’s dancing. He’s also juggling. The infinity symbol crosses over the Pentacles right there. If you look in the background, it’s not exactly like a smooth ocean. There are a lot of waves and movements. So this is a card of change and flux and movement.
So for some of you, it’s possible that you are juggling one too many things, you’re having to go from one thing to the next thing, you’re switching back and forth. And it could cause a lot of stress unless you’re willing to go with the flow in a pretty smooth fashion.
For others, this is definitely a possibility of having to make a choice between two different options. And you’re not quite sure which direction to go yet. They both are in your life. They’re both things that you’re wanting to be associated with, or connected with. And they’re overlapping.
So this could be causing problems. It could also be a situation where you’re just in an overlap where one thing has started even though the other thing has not finished yet.
So let’s get a look at what the Obstacle is for you this week. Interesting. So one of the things that is apparent here or that could be apparent we’ve got our Queen of Pentacles.
She is the epitome of balance. She’s learned how to access abundance and growth and movement, while still staying grounded, while still staying connected with her own nurturing qualities.
So if this is in the Obstacle position, it’s possible that you could be having a lot of trouble finding that groundedness, finding that sense of being able to both be an awesome business person or work in the world, as well as have a really juicy personal life.
On the other hand, it’s possible for some of you that there’s somebody in your life that is causing some extra strain. She would be the person or this person would be the individual that is creating this sense of having to juggle many things. They’re keeping you on your toes, making you feel like you can’t fully land.
I think it’s interesting to note, with the really grounded nature of the Queen of Pentacles. If we look at our fellas feet here, he’s only got his like his toes on the ground. So some of what’s happening here could have him a bit uplifted.
Alright, let’s take a look at your Outcome card. Great, this is a beautiful card. So this is The Strength card.
And really at the essence of The Strength card is patience. It’s integrity and patience. The ability to stay true to oneself, true to what it is that you know is right, and what is good. But being patient enough to allow what’s happening around you to occur without forcing things. She’s only been able to tame the lion, which means transcend some of the deep, primal desires by being caring, but still resolute.
So you’re coming to a place where there’s an element of wisdom, and an element of surefootedness in your life. This is a really good sign, particularly with this sticky place of trying to find the right balance, this sticky place of maybe coming up against what it looks like to be both abundant and also steadfast.
This is showing that you’re headed in that direction. There could still be some sense of things being a bit wild, like this lion. And what’s being asked for is for you to stay true to what you know is right.
It’s also possible that you’re dealing with somebody that is asking you to do things that you don’t feel very good about. They’re either pressuring you or taking advantage of you in some way. And this is a sign that you know what’s right, you know what’s good for you. You know what is just and to stay the course with that direction.
All right, let’s take a look at your Advice card for this week. So we’ve got our Eight of Wands as your Advice.
And this could mean a couple of different things on one side. It could be reminding you that things are in flux, just like the coins and are individual that’s kind of up in the air, something could be changing, and it hasn’t fully landed in your life yet.
On the other hand, the advice of the Eight of Wands could literally be telling you: “It’s time to move on. It’s time to go on a trip. It’s time to travel somewhere, or it’s time to start making some moves that gets you going in a different direction.”
The one other thing that could be coming through with this particular card is: “Get ready if you’ve been waiting for a message, if you’ve been waiting for some information, it’s coming. It’s on its way.”
